What is Holy Fire Reiki:

Reiki is Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and offers a gentle, restorative path back to yourself. Holy Fire Reiki is a powerful and spiritually guided energy that works deeply and safely—often described as both gentle and transformative. It channels pure, refined healing energy to support healing on all levels. It doesn't replace medical care, but it can be a powerful complement—supporting emotional resilience, regulating the nervous system, and creating space for healing on all levels!

How I Support Women’s Health & Wellbeing:

My work is especially supportive for those living with PCOS and other hormonal imbalances, where life can feel like a rollercoaster—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. After walking my own healing path with PCOS, I felt called to help others find their own balance.

I also welcome you if you are simply feeling scattered, heavy, or disconnected from your body. We are living through uncertain times, and for many women, the emotional and physical toll of daily life can feel like too much. We carry the overwhelm in our bodies, so our focus will be to recalibrate your chakras, balance your field, and relax your mind of all the busyness, so you can soften into healing.
